Bay Area Executive Offices has helped small office users find the right space
since 1979. Located in Burlingame near the San Francisco Airport, we are a
full service Office Business Center or "Executive Suite".
Owned and operated by two Commercial Real Estate professionals, we offer all the same services that have become standard in our industry and more.
Bay Area Executive Offices is Ayanna, Joni, Kathy, Lina, Liz, Lou, and Greg. Each of us has been here a minimum of nine years. We're here to help you grow your business - that's how we grow ours.
Our offices range in price from $550 per month to $1800 per month. This includes
furniture, reception service, coffee service, your name on the building directory,
use of our work room, daily janitorial service, utilities, and parking.
Many of our offices overlook the approaching planes of the San Francisco Airport, the San Francisco Bay and the city itself; others overlook Coyote Point and the bay. Some are large enough for up to four people and some are clustered. We accept month to month arrangements as well as long term leases. We also can accommodate you on a daily basis or even hourly. Many of our clients outgrow us; we then place them elsewhere in the office complex where we are located. Many of the tenants in the 130,000 square foot office complex are former clients of our business center, and continue to use our services.
Joni, Kathy, Lina, and Ayanna will take care of your office needs, whether you need extra chairs, an LCD projector, a guest office, a pot of coffee for a long meeting, an extra phone, or extra fiber network connection for one day.
