There is no up front fee to use ExecutiveSuites.com services. Listing is free. But we do ask for a commission of our leads rent. Please review and approve our fee agreement below.
I Agree to Fee	FEE AGREEMENT: There is no advance fee to list with ExecutiveSuites.com. Instead you agree to pay us an advertising fee for any Tenant lead we send who subsequently rents space or purchases services from you. The fee will be TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total amount to be charged the Tenant under the terms of the lease you sign with them, OR an amount equal to the Tenant's first month's charges, whichever is greater. Should the Tenant later extend their lease with you will then send us TEN PERCENT (10%) of any subsequent amounts charged to the tenant, as an additional advertising fee. Ad fees will be due to us no later than 30 days after the lease is signed. If you do not pay we will cease sending you leads. PLEASE pay timely. Ad fees not paid when due will be subject to a late fee of $100 per month, plus interest at Twelve Percent (12%) per annum and any legal, court or other costs we incur in pursuing collection. ExecutiveSuites.com, operated by Redstone Internet a division of TaylorMay Services LLC, is an advertising service only. TaylorMay does not act as agent of any party and does not provide Real Estate Agent services. Instead, Redstone web computers simply match the requirements of Tenants and Suite Operators and notifies each party about the existence of the other. This is the entire agreement - it may only be altered in writing if signed by both parties. Any dispute will be governed by Washington State laws. Time is of the essence of this Agreement.
